Eligibility

  • All Unicoi County residents
  • Those who live within a 20-mile radius
  • Children 5 years and older (with guardian responsibility)
  • Teens (with special conditions)

What to Do

  • Visit UCPL at 201 Nolichucky Ave., Erwin, TN
  • Complete a short application
  • Present a valid ID with your current address
